Beauty with Brain is very good, but Brains with Healthy body is most important.


A person with Healthy body / Healthy weight naturally looks attractive & beautiful.
To keep healthy weight, one should keep check on his/her weight by eating balance diet, regular exercise & consuming herbal Ayurvedic products to shed of extra weight of your body.

For a balanced diet - one should eat plenty of green vegetables & fresh fruits. ·        Squeeze a lemon in a glass of bitter gourd juice and have it every morning.

·        Add ½ tsp cinnamon powder in warm water with 1 spoon honey & drinking it every morning also helps in losing weight.
·        Pound ginger  & boil the same in water. Add to it, ½ tsp lemon juice and 1/4th tsp black pepper powder. Have it when hot.
·        Mix in a glass of lukewarm water, a tsp of honey with ½ tsp lemon juice. Drink it every morning and evening to lose weight.
